QuestionR100 pictures blurry indoors, is it the kit lens?

My indoor photos come out blurry a lot. I put the ISO at 1/30 like a video said but they're still soft. Is it the kit lens? Thinking about buying a better one

ISO isn't 1/30, that's shutter speed. Post the settings the camera shows for one of the blurry ones.

what jim said. 1/30 is probably your problem, try 1/125 and let the iso go up. the kit lens is fine
