QuestionRare bit of snow in Cork and every shot came out grey

Bit of snow overnight, which hardly ever happens here, so out I went with the GX9 before it melted. Every single shot the snow's come out a dirty grey colour and it looked bright white to my eyes. Left it on auto everything. Is it the camera or me? Bit gutted, it was the first proper snow I've seen in Cork in years and I'd have liked one or two decent ones.

The meter thinks everything is mid-grey. Dial in +1 to +1.7 exposure compensation in snow.
