New here, been reading for a few weeks. I walk the Lakes most weekends, usually 15-20km with a pack, and the camera is an X-T30 II with the 18-55 it came with. Weight matters, I'm not carrying two lenses.
Thing is, about half the time I'm wishing I was wider. Ridges, the whole of Buttermere from the top of Haystacks, inside the hut at Warnscale. 18mm isn't cutting it. I've looked at the 10-24 but then I lose the longer end for picking out a fell in the distance, which I also do a lot.
Is there a sensible single lens that does both, or do I just accept carrying the 10-24 as well? Budget up to about £600, used is fine.
Cheers
