DiscussionCreative Looks: which one do you actually leave on?

shoot raw+jpeg on the a7c ii and keep finding myself sending the jpegs instead. been on FL for street, shadows +1, fade up a bit. IN when it's grey out. what are people running? anyone change it per lens or am i overthinking it

ST most of the time. For indoor football I have ST with contrast -1 because the floodlights already give enough contrast. Tried FL for a month and found skin a bit cold for my taste. I don't send camera JPEGs for paid work, for family yes.

FL with saturation down one for street, ST for anything with people in it because I'm a coward lol. I did a whole summer on SH once and everything looked like a phone advert

I'll be the boring one. Raw only for anything that's paid, the client is paying for the edit. For my own stuff FL is nice, I'll give it that.

FL at night with the city lights is so good :) i turn sharpness down tho, it gets crunchy

same. sharpness -1 with the 50 1.4 wide open. it's sharp enough already
