What do you shoot and what's the D3500 not doing for you? If the answers nothing, keep it and spend the money on a lens. The D3500 sensor is still bloody good, it's the kit lens holding most people back.

The Z50 II's autofocus is a big step up for anything that moves. If you shoot your kids, sell. If you shoot landscapes, keep the D3500 and buy a better lens.
